Hey, I'm James Dengel.
This web log (that's mainly for my Dad who didn't know what a blog is) is about my travels around the world, my biggest trip so far has been around South America.
I'm nearly 30 and am a software engineer for Cognito. I have been there for over 6 years and have been lucky enough to get the chance to travel to the US for work twice and in my personal life to far away places, like Singapore, Vietnam, Norway and Madagascar. I tried listing all the places I have been but I got lost after 20 or so countries, and I could go back and see totally different things next time, just because I have been doesn't mean you know a place at all really.
I have been to a few places and usually write a little diary about how I get on and the things I notice most about an area, however we are now in the digital age, and a blog seemed more appropriate to share what I see with my friends and family.
